Sign-up for Your Account

  • If you have already received an invite to join Connext, you can enter your first and last name, email address in the indicated area, and create a password.
  • If you are not registered on Connext, please click on “Request to Join” and fill up your details and our team will get in touch with you soon.

Set Up Your Profile

  • Once you have created your Connext account, begin by setting up your profile. You can either go to “My Profile” and edit your details or the platform will provide certain prompts.
  • A fully updated profile helps the algorithm streamline your professional matches and increase your chances of a successful connection.
  • Write a brief profile summary of who you are, what you do, and what you have to offer so other members on the platform know about you and it increases your chances to connect with them.
  • Add a good-quality photo of yourself, preferably one taken by a professional photographer. Look smart, smile, and don’t have any distractions in the shot

Wait for a Match

  • You will receive an email that informs you about your new recommended match every time.
  • You will receive matches that have been specially curated by Connext platform based on details provided in the “My Profile” section.
  • In addition to that, the platform uses a wealth of different data points. This includes information about your customer profile, business goals, as well as feedback from your previous meetings to ensure you receive the most relevant connection every single time.

Make New Connections

  • When you receive a match, you will get an option to send a “Connection Invite”.
  • When both you and your match have agreed to Connext, gear up and get ready to e-meet them!

Start Talking

  • Once you have made your connection, the Messaging facility allows you to have real-time conversations with them.
  • Keep your conversation professional and build a genuine rapport with your connections.
  • Taking note of who you enjoyed meeting with and what you talked about is important. This ensures that your network is catered to you and your professional objectives.
  • After your meeting is over, do provide your feedback to Connext. This feedback is fed into the algorithm, making your future matches more relevant.

Give and Receive Referrals

  • Connext works on “Win – Win” Approach between Users. During your meetings explore how you can help the other person. Can you connect them with their potential customer? Can you connect them to a vendor / supplier? Can you connect them to an outsourcing partner?

  • You don’t have to pay commissions or kickbacks for generating sales through referrals you receive on Connext.
